• To connect you with a licensed Western Washington real estate professional
• To send you email communications related to your inquiry
• To check the National Do Not Call Registry (when enabled) to ensure compliance
• To prevent abuse through rate limiting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your contact information is shared only with the real estate professional(s) assigned to your inquiry.

Do Not Call Compliance

When you submit your phone number and provide express written consent, we may check the National Do Not Call Registry. If your number is listed, we flag this internally and notify the assigned agent. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• CSRF token protection on all forms
• HTTPS encryption (TLS) for all data in transit
• Password hashing (bcrypt) for admin credentials
• IP address hashing (SHA-256) — raw IPs are never stored
• Input sanitization to prevent XSS attacks
